*updating as the issue has been resolved. As stated below the facility and instructors are great. I just ask that cancellation/termination policy be verbally expressed when a client informs staff of departure. I would love to leave a 5 star review because the instructors here are great. We attended PMA-Decatur for 1 year until we moved from the area. It’s been 3 months and they still have my card on file and are charging me a service I’m no longer using. I reached out numerous times and was told I would be contacted. I wanted to avoid disputing the charge on my card b/c I would probably have to get a new card. Here we are another month no services and another charge. Be sure if you leave to have them remove you from their system. Very disappointing that I had to leave a 1 star because of lack of communication from the owners. I guess my next stop is BBB
