Adults
Our adult classes are based on the highly effective self-defense arts of Krav Maga and Kickboxing. Both programs give you a great total body workout while building confidence, helping you learn how to defend yourself, and a fun activity to enjoy with friends.

Spar Wars! - Members Only
Come join us for one of the most amazing events we have! Spars Wars 2026 will be Power Ranger themed. Spar wars is a 4 day event (July 11th, July 18th. July 25th, & August 1st) where students become part of a team and battle it out to become the top sparring team! CHAMPIONS ONLY
Belt Rank Up Camp - Black Belt Training Members only!
Get ready to level up faster than ever!
Our intensive Belt Rank Up Camp is a high-energy, 5-day training immersion designed to compress three months of regular curriculum into just one week. This is your students opportunity to make massive gains and earn your students next belt in record time.
Who is it for?
White Belts through Brown Belts who are serious about advancing to their next rank. (Brown with black stripe and higher cannot participate, please see staff if you have questions).
Over the course of these 5 focused days, your student will train harder, smarter, and more consistently than they ever have. We will cover all the required techniques, escapes, and sparring requirements needed to successfully test for your students next belt.
