I enrolled my son here a few months ago. Within 3 months of enrollment, his anxiety was all but gone, his confidence had skyrocketed, and he’s made so many friends. The entire staff are welcoming, supportive, and, encouraging!

I've never been into martial arts growing up, just baseball, so I've always had respect for a good coach/leader. My son had an interest in martial arts a few years ago. My wife and I supported his decision and tried this place out. All I wanted was at least a minimum, a decent mentor to teach him. Almost 2 year later and I couldn't be more proud of my son for his dedication in this field. To be honest, it wasn't just him but the staff that supported my son and every other child of his class. Not only do they teach martial arts, but most importantly leadership and respect. It's not so much teaching how to defend oneself, but how to instill VIRTUE. This world could learn a lot from leaders like these. I cannot recommend this team enough.

My son has always been shy and timid. Pma has brought out a more confident side of him, and strengthens him mentally and psychically. It is a very welcoming environment with super kind people. We love pma!
