When you arrive at our facility our coach will be waiting for you at the check-in desk. They will give you a tour of the facility to show you where the restrooms and water fountains are. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and know that you are in a safe place to let your hair down and be yourself!
After showing you around, our coach will meet with you privately to discuss your specific needs and goals. This is a time to let your coach know your purpose or your "why". Our team will keep your goals in your file and periodically meet with you to discuss your progress to make sure you are on a path of constant improvement.
Krushbox Fitness Kickboxing is designed to be challenging, but not impossible. Everyone has different levels of fitness and limitations. For that reason, our coaches are highly trained to cater the workouts to each individual’s ability. Never will you feel embarrassed to ask the coach for alternate exercises. You will see that every class begins with discussing any current limitations and scaling options to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident in the workout of the day.
