Israeli Krav Maga Training Is for Everyone

Origin of Krav Maga

How long is a Krav Maga Training?

It can range between an hour and an hour and a half, depending on each coach, and implies a high-intensity character. With regard to the frequency of workouts, it is recommended that they be at least 3 sessions per week, although this will depend on you and your physical condition.
